A zigzag staircase, surrounded by lush greenery, connects the parking area to the entrance. Inside, the main living spaces — the living room, dining room, and kitchen — are arranged on different levels, gradually rising in sequence. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a pool, perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning panoramic views of Dalt Vila. Below this level, two additional bedrooms and a flexible space offer more comfort and versatility.
From the main level, a staircase leads to the upper floor with three en-suite bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with distant views. Another staircase takes you to the green rooftop, the final stop on a carefully designed journey through the house. The structure’s volumes and lines create a dynamic rhythm of open and intimate spaces, enhancing both the views and the overall sense of openness.
Wooden screens form pergolas, railings, and protective elements, while also blending the villa into its natural surroundings. A thoughtfully designed landscape wraps around the home and even extends to the rooftops, reinforcing the villa’s connection to nature. Inside, high-quality materials and expert interior design create modern, cozy spaces that feel immediately like home.
Construction of Villa Three Hills is scheduled to begin in June 2025. Created in collaboration with a renowned local architect, the project combines modern comfort with the beauty of nature.
